Closing conference

On April 26, 2024, we held the final conference for our project „Innovative lighting solutions from solid wood and natural materials“ under the BIN mark SGS01_2020_011. The participation of the director of the Research Agency Ing. We were extremely pleased with Sonia Sulíková. After her speech, we presented our success path with Norwegian grants and guided the conference participants through our operation. The most important point of the demonstration was the presentation of the machines that we purchased through public procurement. The conference was also a celebration of our successful completion of the project.

 Záverečná konferencia

Dňa 26.04.2024 sme usporiadali záverečnú konferenciu k nášmu projektu „Inovatívne riešenia osvetlenia z masívneho dreva a prírodných materiálov“ pod značkou BIN SGS01_2020_011. Účasť pani riaditeľky Výskumnej agentúry Ing. Soni Sulíkovej nás mimoriadne potešila. Po jej príhovore sme odprezentovali našu cestu úspechu s Nórskymi grantami a previedli sme účastníkov konferencie našou prevádzkou. Najpodstatnejším bodom ukážky bola prezentácia strojov, ktoré sme zakúpili cez verejné obstarávanie. Konferencia bola zároveň oslavou nášho úspešného ukončenia projektu.

Commissioning of new machines / Uvedenie nových strojov do prevádzky

Thanks to the grant, we purchased two very important machines for us through public procurement. We were the first to install a fiber cutting machine for two weeks with the help of a nice technician directly from Senfeng. Liu did a great job and the machine works as we imagined. It is not just an ordinary laser, but also has a rotation axis, which allows us to create new products from aluminum tubes.

The cutting area is 2×3 meters, which in turn allows us to create lamp components of oversized length. Now we have other options to be more efficient, better and faster in front of the competition.

The second machine is a CNC lathe from Wojie. This machine will allow us to create parts by turning – carving the inside, or various modifications of metal pipes and logs. It can produce various threads, nuts, perforations, grooves. As components for lamps, it can produce cooling bodies, lamp heads and much more.

Vďaka grantu sme cez verejné obstarávanie zakúpili dva pre nás veľmi dôležité stroje. Ako prvý sme počas dvoch týždňov inštalovali rezací vláknový stroj s pomocou milého technika priamo od firmy Senfeng. Liu odviedol skvelú prácu a stroj funguje, ako sme si predstavovali. Nie je to len obyčajný laser, ale disponuje aj rotačnou osou, ktorá nám umožňuje vytvárať nové produkty z hlinikových rúr.

Rezacia plocha je 2×3 metre, čo nám zase umožní vytvárať komponenty svietidiel nadrozmernej dĺžky. Teraz máme dalšie možnosti, ako byť pred konkurenciou efektívnejší, lepší a rýchlejší.

Druhým strojom je CNC sústruh od firmy Wojie. Tento stroj nám umožní vytvárať súčiastky točením – vyrezávaním vnútra, alebo rôzne úpravy kovových rúr a guľatín. Dokáže vyrobiť rôzne závity, matice, perforácie, drážky. Ako komponenty k svietidlám dokáže vyrobiť chladiace teleso, hlavy svietidiel a mnoho iného.

The road to success with Norwegian grants

Our journey to success with Norwegian Grants lasted 18 months, during which we faced many challenges and learned many useful things. They were able to build an innovative production center, cut themselves off from subcontractors and realize products themselves thanks to new equipment. Hereby, we would like to sincerely thank the Research Agency as the administrator of the program, for their patience in solving various matters, their willingness to advise and help at any time, and for their very kind human approach. Finally, we want to thank the Kingdom of Norway and their grant calls, for the financial support that opened the door to a world full of new possibilities. WE THANK YOU !

Cesta úspechu s Nórskymi grantami

Naša cesta úspechu s Nórskymi grantami trvala 18 mesiacov, počas ktorých sme čelili mnohým výzvam a naučili sa sme veľa užitočného. Dokázali vybudovať inovatívne výrobné centrum, odstrihnúť sa od subdodávateľov a realizovať výrobky sami vďaka novému vybaveniu. Týmto by sme sa chceli srdečne poďakovať Výskumnej agentúre ako správcovi programu, za ich trpezlivosť pri riešení rôznych záležitostí, ochotu kedykoľvek poradiť a pomôcť a za veľmi milý ľudský prístup. Závoreň sa chceme poďakovať aj Nórskemu kráľovstvu a ich grantovým výzvam, za finančnú podporu, vďaka ktorej sa nám otvorila brána do sveta plného nových možností. ĎAKUJEME !
